Information we use

We use creditor identifiers and scheduled amounts from publicly filed Poolin bankruptcy schedules to match a scheduled record with an expression of interest in selling. Search terms are processed by our server. The database stores keyed lookup indexes rather than a public directory of names and emails. A search result does not verify ownership of a claim.

If you submit an enquiry, we retain the name, email, schedule identifier, message, language preference and any matched scheduled record you provide, together with the submission time and your consent. Our hosting provider also processes technical request information. We use a keyed form of your network address for rate limiting. Please do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases or identity documents through this form.

Purpose and sharing

We use this information to answer your request, assess a possible claim purchase, maintain relevant records and protect the service against abuse. We use hosting and database service providers for these purposes. Information may also be shared with advisers where needed for a transaction or to comply with legal obligations. We do not publish submitted enquiries or sell your contact details as a marketing list.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiry information while considering or conducting the proposed transaction and as needed for related recordkeeping or legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, at claims@ts.inc. Applicable retention obligations may limit deletion.
